FAQ

Where do classes take place?
In central Santa Cruz de Tenerife, or online via video call — whichever suits you. Home visits for kids' classes may be available in some areas; just ask when booking.
Is the taster class really free?
Yes! It's a relaxed 20-minute chat to meet each other, check your level and plan your learning. No card, no commitment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! Just give 24 hours' notice and you can move your class to another slot, free of charge.
Do you prepare students for official exams?
Absolutely — Cambridge (A2 Key through C1 Advanced), EOI exams and school recovery exams. Millie will build a study plan around your exam date.
My level is zero. Is that okay?
More than okay — beginners are Millie's favourite! Classes can be supported in Spanish at the start and shift to full English as your confidence grows.
How do payments work?
Pay per class or save with a monthly pack — by Bizum, bank transfer or cash. You'll get all the details when Millie confirms your booking.
